Why Are American Communities Dying? Most Americans who have been around for a while know life is nothing like it used to be.

Most Americans who have been around for a while know life is nothing like it used to be. When someone wanted a job one was found with a little bit of searching. Today jobs are difficult to find, especially in small communities.

When I was growing up in the 70’s, there were several car dealers in my community. There were three tractor dealers and too many mom and pop stores to count. Today there are two used car dealers and the nearest tractor dealer is twenty miles away. So how is it that we now have more people, but fewer businesses to employ them?

A nations wealth is derived from having a product to sell. That wealth needs to circulate in towns and cities to compound the wealth effect and create jobs and businesses. When wealth is not created or it is siphoned off to other places, the wealth effect can not happen, and in many cases goes into reverse. A community needs a certain amount of service related jobs to function but it also needs some type of production jobs to bring in money from the outside. This can be mining , agriculture or manufacturing type jobs, but they must exist to insure a healthy economy.

America has two major problems today. A large amount of our production is done outside the country eliminating production jobs in local communities and many of the small local businesses that kept wealth within communities have been supplanted by large corporations that siphon wealth out of communities and send it to wall street.

In the past when a small business made profit, that profit was kept in the local community because that is where the owner lived. Now, that profit leaves the community never to be seen again. With less money to circulate within the community the businesses that depend on people spending their extra dollars, have fewer customers and eventually go out of business. With fewer jobs there is that much less money circulating and the economic situation spirals down until nothing is left.

These days corporate businesses and government jobs make up the major part of many local communities. In many cases if it were not for the government jobs, many communities would no longer exist. So what do you think would happen if the government suddenly no longer had money to pay those workers? What would happen if corporate profits dropped to the point where corporate stores decided to close and cut their losses?

To some extent we are seeing this happen now in many places. Corporate stores moved in and drove small local businesses out. Then when the profits dried up the corporate stores closed leaving the community with no jobs or products to buy. With no capital in the local communities to rebuild small businesses, the people simply drive to other areas to do their shopping.

The corporate cronies and government laggards control most of the money flowing through communities now and they want to keep it that way. Any attempt to rebuild local businesses is met with luke warm results. Any business that might make a difference is either killed outright or regulated into oblivion before it can get off the ground. The county where I live has all but abandoned local businesses. The bulk of their income comes from property taxes generated by vacation homes and retirement homes of retired government employees. As long as the government pensions and paychecks continue, they see no reason to change the status quo. The result is that the younger people leave as soon as they can and the average age of the population continues to get older. As with many places today, this area has no future.

Where I live is a microcosm of the nation. Corporate and government entities continue to siphon what little money there is out of communities and just as small communities are dying, the nation will soon follow if current trends do not change. A return to small local economics is the only way to reverse some of the damage and keep our communities livable. But, do not be deceived. There is no way to undo all of the damage that has been done and even if we survive, we will only be a shadow of what we once were as a nation.

  1. You are exactly right, when I was a kid the community I now reside was a bustling place but little by little the business went away and now it’s barely a community.

  2. WITH ALL THE CHILDREN DUMBED DOWN TO A POINT, THEIR DOG IS SMARTER THEN THEY ARE,america is finished, the Men are now women, the women think their men,THE COMING RUSSIANS AND CHINESE MILITARIES will give everyone a fresh view of life in a SLAVE LABOR CAMP,kinda like NAZI GERMANYS DEATH CAMPS,only these will be right here in america THE FEMA DEATH CAMPS,right now their just murdering the homeless, but soon it’ll be everyone they can catch…there won’t be many survivors….

  3. I grew up in Edmonton, Alberta back in the 1960’s and back then 90% of the population was white. Over the years the city grew and more brown people have moved in to live and work. No problem there, but the native Indian problem started to happen as they came down from the north and settled in with few if little work skill. Our black population started to grow as more and more refugees from third world counties have joined the mix. Now Edmonton is starting to look like a shit hole of a city. Ten years from now it will be worse and we are stuck here as we cannot afford to move anywhere. Not the retirement life I hoped for.

    1. I’m just downwind of you in Missoula, Montana. The city has settled some 75 Somali families here. The ones that work are taking the jobs of those Americans who need jobs the most. I don’t think this immigration thing is going to go very well for either of our countries.

    2. “more brown people have moved in to live and work. No problem there,” No problem here! Brown people are the start of the problem and it just gets worse from there.

  4. Why not buy local, or as local as possible. Read where something is made, if it says made in china don’t buy it, ask stores to carry N American made products. Pay more for them. Pay more to honour local farmers markets.
Buy local fabric and learn to sew.
If everyone did this, things would be better. But people adore worship walmart and cheaper the better.

  5. All rural communities throughout the West, not just the US, are marked for destruction under UN mandate. By 2030 several UN agendas will have coordinated a global effort to concentrate people into cities and return as much of the land to nature as possible.
The first stage is voluntary migration through economic pressure and environmentalism.
Back in 2013 or 2014 there was guy on Youtube (The Underclass Guy) who used to talk about this sort of stuff from a first hand perspective of being cast into the Underclass.
Although he had 000’s of subs he left Youtube a 2 or 3 years ago and most of his 200+ videos are long gone. However, there is a tribute channel with a few of his videos on it, including his video on UN Agenda 21 and Rural Depopulation which explains that the destruction of rural communities is part of UN Agenda 21.
I used to like listenening to him.

  6. I agree, America is dying and it has been doing so for decades. The immigration situation is just the latest attempt to undermine our society. The globalists have been undermining us financially for over 100 years. I estimate that it would take at least a hundred years to get things back to normal and I can’t point to any movement in place attempting to do that.

  7. The decline started years ago when a lot of the kids were siphoned off from the small towns to a city university and trained to be an employee in a corporation. The skills to start a business or run one in a small town were not taught. Also, in some states, the Senate was represented by the counties and the House represented the people. That was declared unconstitutional, and from then on, big cities controlled both houses and turned rural areas into colonies. Even local gas taxes in the towns went to build bridges and roads in the cities.

  8. America is not dying, we are being purified. You will sadly see the collapse of cities, invasion by foreigners then civil war or revolution and financial catastrophes. There will be World War III. We have traitors at the highest levels. They will allow us to be invaded. They are planning it. They are trying to destroy white people. Do not lose hope. Plan on surviving. Assert yourself. Buy some country property. Learn new skills. Have faith in God. The evil elites and their Masonic slaves are going to be destroyed. Sadly, we all will suffer to some degree in this process. It is like a body expunging poison. Pray. Pray. For protection and guidance and to handle the stress. Stop watching television. Get healthy. We will rebuild and be set back for a while but people will turn to God and wake up from the matrix the elite controllers have us in. Get ready please. This is no joke. I see it clearly. Whites will survive.
