Covid19 has revealed to us that we are not as free as we may have believed, and the only question left open is whether we, the people, can rise again, and when?

At a time of health crisis one would expect to see an open global scholarly, multi disciplinary debate among scientists, scholars from different fields, politicians and finance experts. Not only does such a discourse not exist, what we have seen instead is a crude attempt to eradicate any such exchange. It isn’t our governments that interfere with this crucial discourse: it isn’t Trump or the FBI that deleted seven million FB posts that didn’t agree with the World Health Organisation’s narrative. It wasn’t the Tories or Boris Johnson who erased thousands of salient videos from Youtube. It has been the work of the giant technology companies operating in concert to silence dissenting views.

By now we are used to the idea that telling the truth about Israel and its lobby provokes severe authoritarian reactions, and it took us just a few days into the current Covid-19 pandemic to grasp that dissent from the official Corona virus narrative elicits similar drastic responses. One may want to question what Covid-19 and Israel have in common.

The outcome has been devastating. Six months into the ‘crisis,’ we still know very little about the virus we are told threatens us all.

Not only may many people have died ‘with Covid-19,’ science itself has been murdered by a deadly virus. What we have seen in the last six months is a complete eradication of the Western scientific and cultural ethos. 3000 years of Western tradition have been replaced by money driven culture that fakes images of scientific thought.

Instead of asking what is it that endangers some segments of the population, our health institutions and corporations are concerned with one simple question:

How do we translate Covid-19 into a cash machine?

Instead of scientists debating the most crucial issues to do with a well-advertised global health hazard, start-ups are competing amongst themselves in a desperate vaccine contest, we see Wall Street rising by hundreds of billions exploiting the confusion. We witness Amazon extending its global monopoly while smaller retailers are falling like flies, and during this time, technology companies have shown us their true nature and purpose. The truth can’t be denied, Google is not a search engine, it is an Orwellian indoctrination apparatus, big brother 2020. FB, and Twitter are not social networks, they are actually anti-social filters. They gate-keep that which you are not allowed to say or think, but surely start to grasp.

Bizarrely enough, none of this is new. The warnings about this authoritarian shift were predicted by many including yours truly. Orwell saw it coming as early as 1948 or perhaps in 1936 while fighting in Catalonia. But the context of this draconian twist was probably defined best decades ago by the great philosophers, Otto Weininger and Martin Heidegger.

In the early twentieth century, the Austrian philosopher Otto Weininger realised that medical science was about to lose its holistic understanding of the human body as an organism and had begun to see a collection of organs instead. Weininger saw that medical science was destined to morph into “a matter of drugs, a mere administration of chemicals.” Weininger, Jewish by origin, was one of the most critical voices of Jewish culture and ideology. In his book, ‘Sex and Character,’ he unleashed an unprecedented attack on Jewish culture and its impact on medical science and scientific thought in general. I do not have any doubt that his words may offend some people however, it is clear that the non-organic, anti-holistic approach to medicine extends way beyond the limited realm of ‘Jewish doctors.’

Weininger wrote the following in 1903:

“The present turn of medical science is largely due to the influence of the Jews, who in such numbers have embraced the medical profession. From the earliest times, until the dominance of the Jews, medicine was closely allied with religion. But now they would make it a matter of drugs, a mere administration of chemicals. But it can never be that the organic will be explained by the inorganic. Fechner and Preyer were right when they said that death came from life, not life from death… We should return from this Judaistic science to the nobler conceptions of Copernicus and Galileo, Kepler and Euler, Newton and Linnceus, Lamarck and Faraday, Sprengel and Cuvier. The freethinkers of to-day, soulless and not believing in the soul, are incapable of filling the places of these great men and of reverently realising the presence of intrinsic secrets in nature.” (Sex and Character, Otto Weininger pg 315)

Weininger didn’t pull his punches in his criticism of his fellow Jews. He wanted science to be emancipated from an emerging materialist paradigm that was hostile to his understanding of the meaning of being in the world. Otto Weininger, who was one of the most influential thinkers during the first half of the 20th century, is unknown to most contemporary thinkers. His genius, however controversial, has been largely eradicated by those who control our public discourse.

Heidegger’s lecture, ‘The Question Concerning Technology’ (1954) was published five decades after Otto Weininger’s ‘Sex and Character’ saw daylight. In between the two literary events, the world experienced two world wars, a communist revolution, mass genocide campaigns that were technologically and industrially inspired and driven, the car was born as was aviation and the computer, the atomic bomb and a cold war.

Heidegger saw technology primarily as a mode of revelation. Through technology, things unveil themselves to us to the extent that we learn about the world around us, but also about our role, meaning, limitations and destiny in the world. Technology, as such, has made the world in which we live and provides a window into the meaning of Being.

But modern technology, according to Heidegger, introduced a change in the duality between man and the universe. Rather than revealing and unveiling the world to us, technology has mutated into a mode of exploitation that sustains the world in being somehow inaccessible to us.

Heidegger observed that because of technology, “all distances in time and space are shrinking…yet the hasty setting aside of all distances brings no nearness; for nearness does not consist in a small amount of distance.”

Despite rapid advances in technology, we do not experience this ‘nearness,’ let alone understand it. Instead of a gradual understanding as items manifest themselves to us as technological, we see them and treat them as what Heidegger calls a ‘standing reserve:’ supplies and exhibits in a showroom or a warehouse. The world is becoming a collection of technological items, gadgets, pieces of inventory to be ordered, conscripted, consumed, digested, uploaded, streamed, assembled and disassembled. Everything approaches us merely as a source of energy or as something we must organize or purchase. We treat even human capabilities and illnesses as though they were only the means for technological procedures and instruments for production.

This is what Covid-19 is and this is exactly where we are with the ostensible health threat. Even before we could realise what covid-19 is, it was reduced into a technological asset, an Heideggerian ‘standing reserve’. Whether it is the mask debate, future vaccinations or ventilators, Covid 19 morphed into a ‘cash machine’ as much as a health risk.

If Covid-19 and the technology involved is a mode of revelation, it reveals little about the health crisis, but tells a lot about us and what we are not willing to admit about ourselves. We are now, in fact, removed from the Western Athenian ethos that subscribes to pluralism, openness and, most important, a relentless and OPEN search for truth in wisdom. We seem pretty happily occupied by the so-called Jerusalem way of thinking. We are delighted to be fearful and accept being terrorised by repeated apocalyptic scenarios. We seem to follow anyone who strips us of our elementary rights. We accept suppression of free thinking, until further notice, we prefer to follow laws, regulations and ‘mitzvoth.’* In such a world, Heidegger and Weininger are public enemies. Orwell and his prophecy are not going to be part of our Western education curriculum for much longer.

Covid19 has revealed to us that we are not as free as we may have believed, and the only question left open is whether we, the people, can rise again, and when?

COVID-19 THE LAW OF WAR: It’s An Unspoken Crime Against Humanity In A New World Order Era

The World is being misled concerning the causes and consequences of the corona crisis.

The COVID-19 crisis is marked by a public health “emergency” under WHO auspices which is being used as a pretext and a  justification to triggering a Worldwide process of economic, social and political restructuring.

Social engineering is being applied. Governments are pressured into extending the lockdown, despite its devastating economic and social consequences.

What is happening is unprecedented in World history.

Prominent scientists support the lockdown without batting an eyelid, as a “solution” to a global health emergency.

Amply documented, the estimates of the COVID-19 infection including mortality data are grossly manipulated.

In turn, people are obeying their governments. Why? Because they are afraid?

Causes versus solutions?

The closing down of national economies applied Worldwide will inevitably result in poverty, mass unemployment and an increase in mortality.

It’s an act of economic warfare.  It’s an unspoken crime against humanity.

This presentation PROOVES WITHOUT DOUBT that America is in for a major fight that will put you and your family in the firing line, literally… So make sure you watch this presentation while it’s still online…

Stage One: Trade War against China

On January  30, 2020 the WHO Director General determined that the coronavirus outbreak constitutes a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). The decision was taken on the basis of 150 confirmed cases outside China, First cases of person to person transmission: 6 cases in the US, 3 cases in Canada, 2 in the UK.

The WHO Director General had the backing of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Big Pharma and the World Economic Forum (WEF). The decision for the WHO to declare a Global Emergency was taken on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland  (January 21-24).

One day later (January 31) following the launch of the WHO Global Emergency, The Trump administration announced that it will deny entry to foreign nationals “who have traveled in China in the last 14 days”. This immediately triggered a crisis in air transportation, China-US trade as well as the tourism industry. Italy followed suit, cancelling all flights to China on January 31.

The first stage was accompanied by the disruption of trade relations with China as well as a partial closedown of export manufacturing sector.

A campaign was immediately launched against China as well ethnic Chinese. The Economist reported that

“The coronavirus spreads racism against and among ethnic Chinese”

“Britain’s Chinese community faces racism over coronavirus outbreak”

According to the SCMP:

“Chinese communities overseas are increasingly facing racist abuse and discrimination amid the coronavirus outbreak. Some ethnic Chinese people living in the UK say they experienced growing hostility because of the deadly virus that originated in China.”

And this phenomenon is happening all over the U.S.

Stage Two: The Financial Crash Spearheaded by Fear and Stock Market Manipulation

A global financial crisis unfolded in the course of the month of February culminating in a dramatic collapse of stock market values as well as a major decline in the value of crude oil.

This collapse was manipulated. It was the object of insider trading and foreknowledge. The fear campaign played a key role in the implementation of the stock market crash. In February, roughly $6 trillion have been wiped off the value of stock markets Worldwide. Massive losses of personal savings (e.g. of average Americans) have occurred not to mention corporate failures and bankruptcies. It was a bonanza for institutional speculators including corporate hedge funds. The financial meltdown has led to sizeable transfers of money wealth into the pockets of a handful of financial institutions.

Stage Three: Lockdown, Confinement, Closing Down of  the Global Economy

The financial crash in February was immediately followed by the lockdown in early March. The lockdown and confinement supported by social engineering was instrumental in the restructuring of the global economy. Applied almost simultaneously in a large number countries, the lockdown has triggered the closing down of the national economy, coupled with the destabilization of trade, transport and investment activities.

The pandemic constitutes an act of economic warfare against humanity which has resulted in global poverty and mass unemployment.

Politicians are lying. Neither the lockdown nor the closing down of national economies constitute a solution to the public health crisis.

During a five-month investigation, the Associated Press showed that our drinking water resources found drugs in 24 major metropolitan areas

Who Controls the Politicians?

Why are politicians lying?

They are the political instruments of the financial establishment including the “Ultra-rich philanthropists”. Their task is to carry out the global economic restructuring project which consists in freezing economic activity Worldwide.

In the case of the Democrats in the US, they are largely concerned in opposing the reopening of the US economy as part of the 2020 election campaign. This opposition to reopening the national and global economies is supported by “Big Money”.

Is it opportunism or stupidity? In all major regions of the World, politicians have been instructed by powerful financial interests to retain the lockdown and prevent the re-opening of the national economy.

The fear campaign prevails. Social distancing is enforced. The economy is closed down.  Totalitarian measures are being imposed.

… in some countries, patients can leave hospital by agreeing to wear an electronic bracelet. This is only a sample of all the totalitarian measures planned or even already decided by our governments in favor of the coronavirus crisis. It goes much further, it’s limitless and it affects a good part of the world, if not the whole world.
.

The “Herding Instincts” of Politicians

Are corrupt governments acting like “police dogs” with “herding instincts” going after their sheep.

Is “the herd” too scared to go after their “government”?

The analogy may be simplistic but nonetheless considered relevant by psychologists.

“Some breeds of dogs [corrupt politicians] have herding instincts that can be brought out with the right training and encouragement [bribes]. …. teach your dog [political proxy] basic obedience and see if it [he, she] displays herding tendencies. … Always look for a trainer who uses reward-based training methods [bribes, personal gain, political support, accession to high office]” (How to Teach Your Dog to Herd)

But there is another dimension. Politicians in high office responsible for “convincing their herd” actually believe the lies which are being imposed upon them by higher authority.

The lie becomes the truth. Politicians endorse the consensus, they enforce “social engineering”, they believe in their own lies.

It’s Not an Epidemic, It’s An Operation

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo  (slip of the tongue) tacitly admits in a somewhat contradictory statement that the COVID-19 is a “Live Exercise”, an “Operation”:

“This is not about retribution,… This matter is going forward — we are in a live exercise here to get this right.”

To which president Trump retorted “you should have told us”.

Those words will go down in history.

Geopolitics

Let us be under no illusions, this is a carefully planned operation. There is nothing spontaneous or accidental. Economic recession is engineered at national and global levels. In turn, this crisis is also integrated into US-NATO military and intelligence planning. It is intent not only upon weakening China, Russia and Iran, it also consists in destabilizing the economic fabric of the European Union (EU).

“Global Governance”

A new stage in the evolution of global capitalism is unfolding. A system of  “Global Governance” controlled by powerful financial interests including corporate foundations and Washington think tanks oversees decision-making at both the national and global levels. National governments become subordinate to “Global Governance”. The concept of World Government was raised by the late David Rockefeller at the Bilderberger Meeting, Baden Germany, June 1991: .“Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure, one world if you will. If that is the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.” (Ibid)

Is starting to feel like it’s every man for himself, Is possible that right now, a global crisis is upon us, Without even knowing… And the virus may not be the biggest threat, but the crisis that follows, Everyday goods that keep us alive will be gone, I’m talking, food, fresh water, medicine, clothes, fuel…

COVID-19 “The Hunger Virus”: World Faces Unprecedented Hunger Crisis. Millions People Will Be Pushed Into Extreme Poverty

The coronavirus is disrupting food supply chains because farmers and laborers cannot work or travel, transportation delays are causing shortages, and in the United States, for example, meat processing plants have been forced to close.

Not only are these breaks in the supply chain affecting the availability of food, but also its affordability. Millions who already struggled to support themselves and their families have been struck by economic hardship caused by lockdowns around the globe.

Millions people will be pushed into extreme poverty this year owing to the pandemic, but the long-term effects will be even worse, as poor nutrition in childhood causes lifelong suffering. Already, one in five children around the world are stunted in their growth by the age of five, and millions more are likely to suffer the same fate if poverty rates soar.

Throughout history, mankind has waged a constant war with starvation. From the time of the first hunter-gatherers, through the early cultivation of crops and all the way to our modern, industrialized farming techniques, we humans have been working to ensure that we can survive the next winter, when no crops are growing and animals hide in their burrows. To our ancestors, this was a great challenge, unlike today. For that reason, the idea of being a “prepper” would seem strange, as they all lived a prepping lifestyle.

Most Americans don’t even think about having enough food in a crisis… until it’s too late.

With these 3 super foods alone, you’ll probably have the most complete stockpile in your group and you’ll never need to depend on anyone else in times of crisis.

Yet somehow, modern western culture has distanced itself from the reality of needing to grow food. As the number of farmers in our midst keeps dwindling and industrialized farming takes over, fewer and fewer people have any idea of where their food comes from. The idea that the grocery store produces meat and vegetables rather than farmers and ranchers growing it, might make for a good joke, but the ignorance behind it is outright frightening.

The United States is the number one food producing nation in the world; yet we do it with a very small percentage of our overall population. Farming, fishing, forestry and related activities account for only 1.8% of the overall workforce. Those people not only produce the food that we eat here at home, but much that is exported overseas.

We depend on this small portion of our population, plus the others who work in the food service industry, to keep the rest of us fed. The rest of us don’t even bother thinking about it. After all, there’s always food in the grocery store… lots of food. There always has been and there always will be, right?

But what if they can’t? Since coronavirus lockdown has started, the farmers in this country can’t produce the food needed to feed our population, let alone all the other countries in the world that buy $159 billion in American food products. What will we do Next?

Main drivers of acute food insecurity found all over the continent include:

We’re Not Hearing About It

Should there be actual shortages of food, there would be a need for some sort of food rationing. That would be a function of the USDA (US Department of Agriculture), who would be responsible for putting some sorts of controls in place, ensuring that the food which our farmers are producing would be properly allocated, so that everyone’s needs would be met.

What’s scarier than the potential of food shortages in the near future, is that we’re not hearing about it. Nor does it seem that the USDA is hearing anything about it. Nothing is being done to prepare for potential shortages, because the people who should be dealing with that don’t have any idea of what is going on. They seem to be kept in the dark and nobody seems to know who is hiding that news.

This means that when the food shortages begin to manifest, nobody is going to be ready for it. Government bureaucrats and major producers up and down the line will be caught with a sudden need to do something, but without the time to plan out what should be done.

This presentation PROOVES WITHOUT DOUBT that America is in for a major fight that will put you and your family in the firing line, literally… So make sure you watch this presentation while it’s still online…

Can The Food Run Short?

There are places in the world today where food shortages are the norm. I’ve had church pastors from other countries in my home, who have told me about the people they bury, even children, because they’ve starved to death. This is a very real problem in a number of different countries. It’s not something made up by non-profit organizations, to try and get your money.

Are we going to run into that problem here in the USA? We could, but we probably won’t. As a country, we produce something like 180 billion tons of food per year. Of that, about a third actually goes to waste, not ending up on anyone’s dining room table.

The reason for this waste, is that, as a country, we are very focused on the appearance of our food. That began just after the time of World War II, coinciding with electric refrigerators becoming commonplace. Even with their faults, those early electric refrigerators were so much more efficient than iceboxes, that it made a difference in how our food looked, especially produce. No longer did homemakers have to concern themselves with brown spots on produce; it would be consumed before that happened.

With that being the case, homemakers became more selective in their purchases, passing over imperfect produce, in favor of better looking specimens. Noticing this, grocers stopped putting less than perfect produce on the shelves, opting to throw it away and make their selection look better. This then worked its way back to the farm, so that now there’s a lot of food which goes from the farm right to the landfill, rather than trucking it to the store.

Please note that there is nothing wrong with all this food that gets thrown away. In most cases, the flaws are superficial, mere cosmetic blemishes. I’m not talking about food that has spoiled, just food that doesn’t’ look so good.

With so much food that doesn’t ever get eaten, our farms would have to suffer severe shortages, before it became a shortage in the grocery store. The ones who would most likely be affected by such shortages would be our overseas customers, who buy some $160 billion worth of American food per year.

When Food Runs Short

This isn’t to say that it would be impossible for there to be serious food shortages in our country. The amount of food our farmers produce annually is dependent on a lot of separate factors. Should just one of those factors fall short, we might suddenly find ourselves in the position where productivity on the farms is drastically reduced.

There are a number of things I can think of, off hand, which could bring that about, ranging from severe weather to government regulation. Some of these regulations are being pushed for in Washington, without anyone taking into account the ultimate effect of those regulations.

Should the food supply begin to run short, we would first see it as a rise in prices at the store. The only effect that would have on most of us is a more costly grocery bill. We’d pay it and complain, tightening our belts elsewhere in our budgets, so that we could buy the same as we’ve always done.

But there would be those who couldn’t afford to spend more on their grocery bills; those people would suffer. Oh, they wouldn’t starve, but they would need to change their eating habits, so that they didn’t. More than anything, rather than buying fresh, they would have to settle for less favorable choices, perhaps even eating the food that is currently being thrown away.

It Could All Stop Tomorrow

While it would take a lot to shut down our farms or lower the amount they produce to levels where we would see shortages, there is one thing that could shut down food supplies in a day. That’s any sort of damage to our nation’s trucking industry.

The food production and food service industries depend on trucking, more so than many other industries. Without our nation’s trucking industry taking food from the farm to the various processing facilities and then from those to the stores, the supermarket shelves would empty in a day.

As I sit here writing this, that’s happening in Wyoming. Severe winter weather has made the roads all but impassible, with over 200 miles of Interstate 80 closed down. This is making it difficult for truckers to make their deliveries, which in turn has led to empty shelves in the stores. Should this situation last for more than a few days, things could get serious for the inhabitants of that state.

The same could happen nationwide, should the electrical grid go down or some sort of nationwide quarantine be put in place due to pandemic. It wouldn’t matter what farmers could produce then, as it would only be available to people living locally. Those who lived in states where there wasn’t any food grown or even in cities that were far from the farms and processing plants, had better have their pantries stocked, or they’ll find themselves on very short rations.

The Life-Saving ‘Survival Tree’ When You Need Food, Shelter Or Medicine

Most of the time, we think about survival in terms of having a pack filled with equipment and supplies. That’s the ideal way to do it, but you can’t always count on the ideal. There’s just as good a chance that you’ll find yourself stuck in a situation where all you have is a pocket knife and a lighter.

Survival in such a situation is much harder than with a well-filled backpack. Nevertheless, as long as it is possible, then it’s a good idea to know how to survive, using just what you can find around you.

This is where the pine tree comes in handy. While a pine tree can’t do everything for you, it can do a lot. You can use a pine tree for food, medicine, shelter and fuel, covering a lot of your needs. Learning how to use pine trees, as well as other trees and plants you find in the wilderness, could keep you alive.

1. The Pine Tree as Shelter

Pine trees make one of the easiest natural shelters you can find. The branches come out horizontally from the tree, and as the tree grows, the larger, lower branches will bend down from their weight, brushing the ground. The very bottom branches often end up dying, because they don’t get any sunlight.

If you crawl under a large pine tree, you’ll probably find a nice, soft bed of dried pine needles and a bunch of dry, dead branches. Cut those branches out of there, and you can use that space for shelter. If you don’t have enough head space, you can cut off some of the lowest live branches, and then cut the boughs off of them and put the boughs around the edges of the area covered by the branches, making walls for your shelter. A few extra branches from nearby pine trees will make this wall area even better.

The Lost Ways is a far–reaching book with chapters ranging from simple things like making tasty bark-bread-like people did when there was no food-to building a traditional backyard smokehouse… and many, many, many more!

The tree itself will do a good job of shedding rain and snow, keeping most of it off of you. While you will get an occasional drop, it won’t be anywhere near as bad as being outdoors. If there is snow, you can pile some of the snow against the “walls” of your shelter, making it even more windproof.

It is possible to light a fire in this shelter, but you must be careful. Too large a fire will light your shelter up, with you in it. Not a good way to end your night. Be sure to dig down to bare earth, moving the needles aside, wherever you are going to build the fire. If you can, move some rocks to act as a hearth.

2. The Pine Tree for Food

I remember a commercial from years ago, where Euell Gibbons asked the question, “Have you ever eaten a pine tree?” In actuality, there are several parts of a pine tree which you can eat. While it may not supply all of your needs, it can be a big help.

To start with, you can use the needles of many pine trees for making a tea, which is high in vitamin C. Be careful, though, as the pine needles from the Norfold Island Pine and the Ponderosa Pine are poisonous. Be sure to accurately identify the pine trees in the area.

The inner bark of the pine tree is edible, as well. You want to be careful doing this, though, because if you peel the bark off all the way around, you’ll kill the tree. Better to use the inner bark from deadfalls. This inner bark can be eaten raw, boiled, fried or cooked over an open flame. Know any good pine bark recipes?

The story continues below the video

The pine nuts are also edible. You can find them in pine cones — if critters haven’t gotten to them first. To harvest them, start with fresh pine cones that haven’t had time to decompose. If you are in an area with pine trees, there will probably be plenty from which to choose. To get the pine nuts out of the cone, just tap the pine cone on a large, flat rock, rotating the pine cone as you go. The nuts should fall out.

Pine nuts that have holes in them should probably be avoided, as insects have already gotten to them. The others need to be cracked between your teeth and shelled; the nut inside is waxy, high in protein and high in fiber, as well.

Finally, the resin from the pine tree can be eaten. Make sure that it is clean and doesn’t have anything extra stuck in it.

3. Medicine from a Pine Tree

Pine trees produce resin as their own “bandage,” to cover and protect areas that are damaged, whether it is because of a critter damaging the bark or a storm breaking a branch off. You can often find this resin already on the tree, or you can peel off some bark to get it to start forming.

The resin is a natural antiseptic and disinfectant, and has antimicrobial and antifungal properties. As such, it can be applied directly to cuts, abrasions and rashes to protect them and keep germs out. In the case of bleeding, the pine resin works as a bandage to staunch blood flow and protect the wound.

Another good use for pine resin is for extracting splinters. Just dab some pine resin on the splinter, cover it and in a couple of days it will come out on its own.

Other Uses for Pine Trees

Pine resin is useful for a lot of other things, too. In olden times, they used it for waterproofing. Cover your boots or gloves with pine resin to do this. You can also put it on the seams of a tent to waterproof it.

If you need a good glue, pine resin can be used as-is. To improve it, heat it up and mix in ashes from your fire. Once cooled, the glue will harden, but like hot melted glue, will soften whenever it is heated.

If you need a fire starter in wet weather, use pine resin. Of course, the tree will provide fuel, although pine doesn’t provide as much heat per cubic foot as other, denser types of wood. Nevertheless, it is easy to start a fire made with pine wood and it will keep you warm. There are usually plenty of deadfalls or dead branches, so that you don’t need to use green wood.

Finally, you can use pine boughs for bedding, as well as for insulation. Pine boughs make one of the most comfortable mattresses you can find in the wild. If you need an extra layer of insulation to help keep you warm, cut off the tips of the branches and stuff them down inside your coat or pants. You’ll itch a lot, but you’ll be warmer, too.

Electronic Armageddon: The Carrington Event Then and Now. If many of these large transformers went down, it would take down our high tech society with it.

In 1859, an event unlike anything experienced before by modern man, occurred. A massive Coronal Mass Ejection occurred on the sun sending vast quantities of solar particles on a collision course with Earth. The result of this collision caused severe disruptions with the only major electrical equipment then in existence, the telegraph system. Magnetic observatories recorded disturbances in the Earths magnetic field that were literally off the scale.

Auroras were seen as far south as the Caribbean, gold miners in the Rocky Mountains were awakened by a light so bright they thought it was morning and those in the northeast could read news papers by the light.

Telegraph systems throughout Europe and North America failed and in some cases shocked telegraph operators. Telegraph lines threw sparks, paper in some telegraph offices caught fire and some lines continued to send messages even after the battery power had been removed from the line. The electrical effects were severe but the lack of electrical devices in use at this time allowed society to continue as normal and this disturbance was viewed as nothing more than a curiosity.

Scientists believe events of this size can occur every 500 years and events of a lesser but still destructive magnitude can happen several times per century. Scientists are getting better at predicting space weather but mother nature often times ignores our best forecasting and throws us a curve.

What would happen if a storm of this magnitude were to strike the Earth today? The biggest worry we have is the power grid. Satellites would be affected preventing most communications and financial transactions but if the grid goes down due to transformer blowouts, it could be a long time before we get it back up. The larger transformers 500+ KV in size cost millions of dollars and take 1 to 3 years to get even in normal times. Very few of these are kept in supply and the loss of dozens or hundreds at one time could be a disaster as only a small number are made every year and none are currently made in the U.S.

If many of these large transformers went down, it would take down our high tech society with it. Many of our cars and computers and appliances would probably still work, but how would we run them without power? How would we pump water to cities and pump fuel so trucks and trains could deliver food and medicine? How would our medical system operate without the high tech gadgets we depend on to keep people alive and diagnose them? How would we communicate and conduct financial business without our computers? Yes, we have backup generators but how long will they last before they run out of fuel that we can no longer process, pump and deliver?

This is the nightmare scenario we need to address before it happens. Currently we can detect CMEs about 20 hours before they reach Earth. The current plan is to notify power companies of the danger so they can shut down parts of the grid and protect the transformers before they get burnt out. It’s a plan but I feel the need to ask, is this really the best plan we can come up with? What happens if mother nature throws us a curve and we don’t have time to power down the transformers? A report from the EMP commission stated that it would cost about $60 to $100 million to protect the 300 largest transformers that power the grid and an additional $400 to $600 million to protect an additional 3,000 transformers but our leaders don’t think that would be the best use for our money. A NASA report indicates that within 90 seconds of a Carrington Event reaching Earth, the 300 largest transformers in the U.S. would go down and recovery would take 4 to 10 years and some estimates place the death toll in the tens of millions of people.

If the grid goes down civilized society as it is will disintegrate rapidly due to the lax moral standards we now have as a society. The pictures of Japanese citizens patiently waiting in line to get supplies after the 2011 tsunami is a stark difference from what you could expect in the U.S. As with many potential problems, if the government would only discuss it in public and offer the public some simple preparedness tips and discuss how we as a nation would repair the damage, the public knowledge would help mitigate the damage and aid in recovery operations. Unfortunately, that’s not how we do things in the 21st century.

So how do we know how bad it was in 1859 if we didn’t have electronic devices back then to measure it?

To be maximally geoeffective , ie: to drive a magnetic storm, a CME must
(1) be launched from near the center of the sun onto a trajectory that will cause it to impact Earths magnetic field,
(2) be fast (1000 km/sec + ) and massive, thus producing large kenetic energy and
(3) have a strong magnetic field where orientation is opposite that of Earth.

Solar Energetic Particle events dominated by shock-accelerated particles traveling near the speed of light are channeled along geomagnetic field lines into the upper atmosphere above the poles where they can initiate ozone depleting chemistry in the middle atmosphere. Nitrates produced by SEP bombardment settle out of the atmosphere within weeks and are preserved in polar ice, allowing the magnitude of the SEP to be estimated many years later. This is how we can estimate the magnitude of the Carrington Event and apply it to modern technology.

Some scientists fear that the solar maximum that will peak in 2020 will spawn another CME similar to the Carrington Event causing catastrophic results on Earth (SOURCE). The recent uptick in solar storms may give some credence to our newfound concerns. The problem with a solar event as opposed to a man-made event is the possibility that we could be hit multiple times over the course of months before it diminishes. This could make recovery efforts many times more difficult. It is possible for individuals to prepare for an event like this to limit the hardships but this is something that must be done well in advance. The problem is that the vast majority will not prepare and they will cause this disaster to become a catastrophe if it happens. Those that are not prepared to live through a situation like this face a life threatening situation. Those that are prepared, face the danger posed by the unprepared.

One thing everyone needs to keep in mind is that an event of this magnitude will necessitate a plan that spans multiple years in order to get through it. As I always stress, knowledge is the most important thing to have in a disaster and everyone needs to develop a plan that will work best for them. If the grid goes down besides not being able to travel or communicate, banking records could be frozen or destroyed taking your electronic money along with it. In this situation, the only money you may have access to is what you have on hand in cash and even then you may be limited as to what you will be able to buy. The only safe position is to already have supplies on hand. For this type of disaster, there is no such thing as being prepared too early or having too many supplies.

One final item that you need to plan for is the potential for a nuclear incident following a grid down event. The loss of power to maintain coolant can result in a meltdown of reactor fuel and the more serious problem of spent fuel coolant ponds going dry igniting radioactive fires. In this situation you have two choices, evacuate or shelter in place. Evacuation would be difficult at best and sheltering in place would present its own problems. An uncontrolled radioactive fire can spew radiation for decades so each person would need to evaluate the hazard to their location and plan accordingly. A modern day Carrington Event would be nothing short of Armageddon for the people of this planet

COVID-19 Coronavirus “Fake” Pandemic: Timeline and Analysis

On January 30th 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) in relation to China’s novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) categorized  as a viral pneumonia.  The virus outbreak was centred in  Wuhan, a city in Eastern China with a population in excess of 11 million.

In the week prior to January 30th decision, the WHO Emergency Committee “expressed divergent views”. There were visible divisions within the Committee. On January 30th, a far-reaching decision was taken without the support of expert opinion at a time when the coronavirus outbreak was limited to Mainland China.

There were 150 confirmed cases outside China, when the decision was taken. 6 in the United States, 3 in Canada, 2 in the UK, etc.

150 confirmed cases over a population of 6.4 billion (World population of 7.8 billion minus China’s 1-4 billion).

What was the risk of being infected? Virtually zero.

The WHO did not act to reassure and inform World public opinion. Quite the opposite: A “Fear Pandemic” rather than a genuine Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC)  was launched.

Outright panic and uncertainty were sustained through a carefully designed media disinformation campaign.

Almost immediately this led to economic dislocations, a crisis in trade and transportation with China affecting major airlines and shipping companies.  A hate campaign against ethnic Chinese in Western countries was launched, followed by the collapse in late February of stock markets, not to mention the crisis in the tourist industry resulting in countless bankruptcies.

The complexity of this crisis and its impacts have to be addressed and carefully analysed.

What we are dealing with is “economic warfare” supported by media disinformation, coupled with the deliberate intent by  the Trump administration to undermine China’s economy. The ongoing economic dislocations are not limited to China.

There are important public health concerns which must be addressed. But what motivated the Director-General of the WHO to act in this way?  Who was behind this historic January 30th decision of the WHO’s Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.

Our subsequent  analysis (in the timeline below) reveals that powerful corporate interests linked to Big Pharma, Wall Street and agencies of the US government were instrumental in the WHO’s far-reaching decision.

What is at stake is the alliance of “Big Pharma” and “Big Money”, with the endorsement of the Trump Administration. The decision to launch a fake pandemic under the helm of the WHO on January 30, was taken a week earlier at the Davos World Economic Forum (WEF). The media operation was there to spread outright panic.

(Scroll down to Read our Timeline on how these events unfolded)

But this was not the first time that the WHO decided to act in this way.

Remember the unusual circumstances surrounding the April 2009 H1N1 Swine Flu Pandemic.

An atmosphere of fear and intimidation prevailed. The data was manipulated.

Based on incomplete and scanty data, the WHO Director General nonetheless predicted with authority that: “as many as 2 billion people could become infected over the next two years — nearly one-third of the world population.” (World Health Organization as reported by the Western media, July 2009).

It was a multibillion bonanza for Big Pharma supported by the WHO’s Director-General Margaret Chan.

In June 2009, Margaret Chan made the following statement:

“On the basis of … expert assessments of the evidence, the scientific criteria for an influenza pandemic have been met. I have therefore decided to raise the level of influenza pandemic alert from Phase 5 to Phase 6.  The world is now at the start of the 2009 influenza pandemic. … Margaret Chan, Director-General, World Health Organization (WHO), Press Briefing  11 June 2009)

What “expert assessments”?

In a subsequent statement she confirmed that:

“Vaccine makers could produce 4.9 billion pandemic flu shots per year in the best-case scenario”,Margaret Chan, Director-General, World Health Organization (WHO), quoted by Reuters, 21 July 2009)

A  financial windfall for Big Pharma Vaccine Producers including GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Merck & Co., Sanofi,  Pfizer. et al.

CORONAVIRUS TIMELINE

September 2019: The official US-WHO position is that the coronavirus originated in Wuhan, Hubei Province and was first discovered in Late December. This statement is questioned by Chinese and Japanese virologists who claim that the virus originated in the US.

A renowned Taiwanese virologist pointed to evidence that the virus could have originated at an earlier stage, stating : “We must look to September of 2019”.

October 18-27 2019: Wuhan 2019: CISM Sport Military World Games

Chinese media intimates (without corroborating evidence) that the coronavirus could have been brought to China “from a foreign source” during the CISM Military World Games.

10,000 soldiers from 109 countries will participate

200 American military personnel participated in this 10 day Event.

October 18, Event 201. New York. Coronavirus nCoV-2019 Simulation and Emergency Preparedness Task Force, John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Health Security.

Big Pharma-Big Money Simulation Exercise sponsored by WEF and Gates Foundation

Simulation Exercise of a coronavirus epidemic which results in 65 million dead. Supported by the World Economic Forum (WEF) representing the interests of Financial institutions, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation representing Big Pharma:

In October 2019, the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security hosted a pandemic tabletop exercise called Event 201 with partners, the World Economic Forum and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. …  For the scenario, we modeled a fictional coronavirus pandemic, but we explicitly stated that it was not a prediction.

Instead, the exercise served to highlight preparedness and response challenges that would likely arise in a very severe pandemic. We are not now predicting that the nCoV-2019 outbreak will kill 65 million people.

Although our tabletop exercise included a mock novel coronavirus, the inputs we used for modeling the potential impact of that fictional virus are not similar to nCoV-2019.“We are not now predicting that the nCoV-2019 [which was also used as the name of the simulation] outbreak will kill 65 million people.

.Although our tabletop exercise included a mock novel coronavirus, the inputs we used for modeling the potential impact of that fictional virus are not similar to nCoV-2019.

Several of the occurrences of the nCoV-2019 exercise coincided with what really happened. In the Event 201 Simulation of a Coronavirus Pandemic, a 15% collapse of financial markets had been “simulated”.

It was not “predicted” according to the organizers and sponsors of the event.

Private sector initiative. Participation of corporate execs, foundations, financial institutions, Banks, Big Pharma, CIA, CDC, China’s CDC. No health officials (with exception of CDC and China CDC) present on behalf of national governments or the WHO. The simulation exercise was held on the same day as the opening of the CISM World Militaty Sports Games in Wuhan.

December 31, 2019: First cases of pneumonia detected and reported in Wuhan, Hubei Province. China.

January 1, 2020: Chinese health authorities close the Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market after Western media reports that wild animals sold there may have been the source of the virus. This initial assessment was subsequently refuted by Chinese scientists.

January 7, 2020: Chinese authorities “identify a new type of virus” which was isolated  on 7 January. The coronavirus was named 2019-nCoV by the WHO exactly the same name as that adopted in the WEF-Gates-John Hopkins October 18, 2019 simulation exercise.

January 11, 2020 – The Wuhan Municipal Health Commission announces the first death caused by the coronavirus.

January 22, 2020: WHO. Members of the WHO Emergency Committee “expressed divergent views on whether this event constitutes a PHEIC or not”.

January 21-24, 2020: Consultations at the World Economic Forum, Davos, Switzerland under auspices of  the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) for development of a vaccine program. CEPI is a WEF-Gates partnership. With support from CIPI, Seattle based Moderna will manufacture an mRNA vaccine against 2019-nCoV, “The Vaccine Research Center (VRC) of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of NIH, collaborated with Moderna to design the vaccine.”

Note: The development of a 2019 nCoV vaccine was announced at Davos, 2 weeks after the January 7, 2020 announcement, and barely a  week prior to the official launching of the WHO’s Worldwide Public Health emergency on January 30.  The WEF-Gates-CEPI Vaccine Announcement precedes the WHO Public Health Emergency (PHEIC).

January  30, 2020Geneva: WHO Director General determines that the outbreak constitutes a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). This decision was taken on the basis of 150 confirmed cases outside China, First case of person to person transmission in US is reported, 6 cases in the US, 3 cases in Canada, 2 in the UK.

The WHO Director General had the backing of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Big Pharma and the World Economic Forum (WEF). There are indications that the decision for the WHO to declare a Global Emergency was taken on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos (January 21-24) overlapping with the Geneva January 22 meeting of the Emergency Committee.

Both WHO’s Director Tedros as well as Bill Gates were present at Davos 2020. Bill Gates announced the Gates Foundation’s $10 billion commitment to vaccines over the next 10 years.

January 30, 2020 The Simulation Exercise Went Live. The same corporate interests and foundations which were involved in the October 18 John Hopkins Simulation Exercise became REAL ACTORS involved in providing their support to the implementation of the WHO Public Health emergency (PHEIC).

January 31, 2020 – One day later following the launch of WHO Global Emergency, The Trump administration announced that it will deny entry to foreign nationals “who have traveled in China in the last 14 days”. This immediately triggers a crisis in air transportation, China-US trade as well as the tourism industry, leading to substantial bankruptcies, not to mention unemployment.

Immediately triggers a campaign against ethnic Chinese throughout the Western World.

Early February: the acronym of the coronavirus was changed from nCoV- 2019 (its name under the October Event 201 John Hopkins Simulation Exercise before it was identified in early January 2020) to COVID-19.

February 28, 2020: A massive WHO vaccination campaign was announced by WHO Director General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus

Who was behind this campaign: GlaxoSmithKline in partnership with the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI). It is a Gates-WEF partnership, both of which were sponsors of the October 18, “Simulation Exercise”. The campaign to develop vaccines was initiated prior to decision of the WHO to launch a Global Public Health emergency. It was first announced at the WEF meeting at Davos (21-24 January).

Late February 2020. Collapse of the stock markets, surge in the value of the stocks of Big Pharma.

Early March devastating consequences for the tourist industry Worldwide.

February 24:  Moderna Inc supported by CIPI announced  that it experimental mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, known as mRNA-1273, was ready for human testing.

Late February 2020. Second wave of transmission of the virus (Worldwide) to a large number of countries.

Late February – Early March: China: More than 50% of the infected patients recover and are discharged from the hospitals. March 3, a total of 49,856 patients have recovered from COVID-19 and were discharged from hospitals in China.  What this means that the total number of  “confirmed infected cases” in China is 30,448. (Namely 80,304 minus 49856 = 30,448  (80 304 is the total number on confirmed cases in China (WHO data, March 3, 2020). These developments concerning “recovery” are not reported by the Western media.

March 5WHO Director General confirms that outside China there are 2055 cases reported in 33 countries. Around 80% of those cases continue to come from just three countries (South Korea, Iran, Italy).

These figures suggested that we are not facing a global health emergency, that the probability of infection was low. And Based on China’s experience  the treatment for the virus infection was effective.

March 7: USA: The number of “confirmed cases” (infected and recovered) in the United States in early March is of the order of 430, rising to about 6oo (March 8). Rapid rise in the course of March.

Compare that to the figures pertaining to the Influenza B Virus: The CDC estimates for 2019-2020 “at least 15 million virus flu illnesses… 140,000 hospitalizations and 8,200 deaths. (The Hill)

Early March:  IMF and World Bank To the Rescue

The WHO Director General advises member countries that “the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund have both made funds available to stabilize health systems and mitigate the economic consequences of the epidemic”. That is the proposed neoliberal  “solution” to COVID-19. The World Bank has committed $12billion in so-called “aid” which will contribute to building up the external debt of developing countries.

March 7:  China: The Pandemic is Almost Over

Reported new cases in China fall to double digit99 cases recorded on March 7.  All of the new cases outside Hubei province are categorized as  “imported infections”(from foreign countries). The reliability of the data remains to be established:

99 newly confirmed cases including 74 in Hubei Province, … The new cases included 24 imported infections — 17 in Gansu Province, three in Beijing, three in Shanghai and one in Guangdong Province.

March 10-11, 2020: Italy declares a lockdown, followed by several other countries of the EU.  Deployment of 30,000 US troops in the EU as part of the “Defend Europe 2020” war games directed against Russia.

March 11, 2020: the Director General of the WHO officially declares the COV-19 Pandemic. Bear in mind the global health emergency was declared on January 3oth without stating officially the existence of a pandemic outside Mainland China.

March 11:  Trump orders the suspension for 30 days of all transatlantic flights from countries of the European Union, with the exception of Britain. Coincides with the collapse of airline stocks and a new wave of financial instability. Devastating impacts on the tourist industry in Western Europe.

March 16: Moderna  mRNA-1273 is tested in several stages with 45 volunteers in Seattle, Washington State. The vaccine program started in early February:

“We don’t know whether this vaccine will induce an immune response, or whether it will be safe. That’s why we’re doing a trial,” Jackson stressed. “It’s not at the stage where it would be possible or prudent to give it to the general population.” (AP, March 16, 2020)

March 21, 2020: Secretary of State Mike Pompeo while addressing the American people from the White House stated that COVID-19 is a live military exercise.

This is not about retribution, … This matter is going forward — we are in a live exercise here to get this right.”

With a disgusted look on his face, President Trump replied: “You should have let us know.”

April 8, 2020: Mounting fear campaign led by Western media. Very rapid increase in so-called “confirmed cases”. “1,282,931 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 72,776 deaths, reported to WHO” (April 8). Mounting doubts on the reported “confirmed cases” of COVID-19. Failures of the CDC’s categorization and statistical estimates.

March- April: Planet Lockdown. Devastating economic and social consequences. The economic and social impacts far exceed those attributed to the coronavirus. Cited below are selected examples of  a global process:

  • Massive job losses and layoffs in the US, with more than 10 million workers filing claims for unemployment benefits.
  • In India,  a 21 days lockdown has triggered a wave of famine and despair affecting millions of homeless migrant workers all over the country. No lockdown for the homeless: “too poor to afford a meal”.
  • The impoverishment in Latin America and sub-Saharan Africa is beyond description. For large sectors of the urban population, household income has literally been wiped out.
  • In Italy, the destabilization of the tourist industry has resulted in bankruptcies and rising unemployment.
  • In many countries, citizens are the object of police violence. Five people involved in protests against the lockdown were killed by police in Kenya and South Africa.

Spirulina: An Extraordinary Food Source During Famines

As food shortages would most likely be widespread, it would be – without question – vital to have nutritionally dense food like this available. Let me explain why keeping a supply of spirulina on hand is wise.

In 1974, the United Nations declared spirulina “the best food for the future” at its World Food Conference. That was over 40 years ago, and spirulina has more than lived up to this claim. Research has revealed the immense nutritional and health benefits of this amazing superfood.

It also proves that great things can come in very small packages. Spirulina is a type of microscopic bacteria known as blue-green algae. The term “algae” refers to a diverse group of aquatic organisms that are capable of producing oxygen through photosynthesis.

Spirulina naturally grows in warm, alkaline lakes. Ancient Aztecs used to harvest spirulina from lagoons around what is now Lake Texcoco in Mexico. Today, the Kanembu people who live along the banks of Lake Chad in Africa still harvest spirulina from the lake as they have for centuries. They dry it into cakes, which are then crumbled and included in the majority of their meals.

Compared to other foods by weight, spirulina is one of the most nutritious foods on the planet[1]. It’s high in protein and contains all essential amino acids. Spirulina is also high in B vitamins, iron, magnesium, potassium, and a wide range of other vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. As spirulina is a very simple organism, the proteins and nutrients are easily digested and absorbed.

Spirulina is such an important food source that various international organizations, such as IIMSAM[2], have formed to help establish small-scale spirulina production in impoverished communities throughout the world. These small spirulina producers have made tremendous advances in combating malnutrition and promoting local food security.

The ecological footprint of spirulina is also relatively small. As spirulina grows in water, it doesn’t require any fertile land. It doesn’t even need much water because the water it grows in can be reused. As the UN predicted in 1974, spirulina truly is the food we need in today’s world.

Conditions Spirulina Can Remedy

Research is also discovering that spirulina has a wide range of health benefits. In fact, the World Health Organization predicts that spirulina will become one of the most curative and prophylactic foods of the twenty-first century.

Spirulina’s nutritional density may actually be the secret behind its health-boosting effects. A strong immune system is the foundation of good health. Yet, many of us suffer from a range of nutritional deficits that we may not be aware of. And these deficits are known to impair your immune function.

Malnutrition in some form affects almost 11% of the entire earth’s population[3]. And it’s not only in lower-income countries. According to the Child Welfare League of America, more than 30 million Americans[4] experience hunger regularly, or are at risk of going hungry.

Also, not having enough food isn’t the only problem. As we eat increasingly more processed foods, we’re often consuming foods that are high in calories, but lack essential vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. This is called “hidden hunger”, and it’s estimated to affect up to 85% of Americans[5].

A 2016 scientific review[6] concluded that “spirulina can be used as a source for alleviating hidden hunger or micronutrient deficiencies”. Eating as little as one gram of spirulina per day is proven to correct malnutrition in a small child[7] in a few weeks. And international spirulina supplementation programs have helped rehabilitate many malnourished adults affected by HIV/AIDS with only two grams of spirulina per day.

In addition, research suggests spirulina can help prevent or treat many different conditions, including:

  • Age-related Brain Degeneration
  • Anemia
  • Cancer
  • Diabetes and Pre-diabetes
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Hay Fever
  • Heavy Metal Toxicity
  • Herpes
  • High Blood Pressure
  • High Cholesterol
  • HIV Infection
  • Inflammation
  • Malnutrition
  • Obesity

How to Grow Spirulina

As mentioned above, spirulina is a type of algae that grows in water. But don’t let that put you off. Growing spirulina is actually quite a straightforward process that’s used successfully by many families and small growers throughout the world.

And considering the outstanding nutritional and health benefits of spirulina, it’s well worth learning how to grow this superfood. You can buy spirulina supplements and powders, but spirulina loses some of its nutritional properties during the commercial dehydration process. In addition, a study[8] that compared fresh and dried spirulina found that fresh spirulina has more bioactive compounds, which makes it easier to digest and absorb.

Commercial spirulina may also be grown overseas in open ponds, where contamination with heavy metals and other pollutants is common. In fact, a Chinese study[9] found that 95% of spirulina supplements in the country contained serious liver toxins known as microsystins. For this reason, the Medical Center at the University of Maryland recommends that you always check the source of any spirulina supplements you buy.

You can easily avoid these risks by growing your own spirulina. You’ll ensure a safe, sustainable supply of this amazing food source for years to come.

A Pandemic That Scares The General Population Into Submission Can Act As Cover For Many Different Events. This may be the future of gun control in America and total government control?

If a pandemic were to get lose in the nation most people would look to government for answers and help but there are those that would stay as far away from the government as possible. These are the self sufficient people that government fears the most. They have the supplies and knowledge to stay alive when most others won’t and that is reason enough for the government to get them out of the way. They are potential impediments to total government control. So what might the feds do to eliminate this potential threat to their power?

The first thing needed is to identify these people and assess their potential threat to the government. That has been ongoing for several years now with doctors asking about firearms ownership and new regulations to get child protective services into homes to insure the safety of the children.

The second thing is to verify the location of the individuals home. After all, you cannot do anything to someone unless you can find them. This was done in part during the last census when workers recorded the GPS coordinates to individuals homes and it is said that the postal service now scans the front and back of letters to capture the addresses on them not only to tag your address but to see the location and identity of those you are in communication with.

Once you have the enemy identified you want to destroy, neutralize or suppress their abilities to work against you. This can be done in many ways. The ostracizing of the prepper community and the listing of preppers, veterans and Christians as domestic threats by fusion centers has forced these people to try to keep a low profile while they prepare for future events.

The final phase is to remove these people from society completely. That is where we are now. There must be some coordinated way to separate these people from their supplies and their support networks.

With a pandemic the government has the excuse to conduct wellness checks on individuals to assess their condition. This will be done under the cover of containing the virus. The reality is that once it goes nationwide, the virus cannot be contained and these wellness checks can be used to remove those that the government wants out of the way. After all, what citizen would complain about the government removing someone that can infect the community. If the government has to get violent, no one will say anything so it is a good time to remove people for other reasons as well.

The health officials will force entry into homes to check individuals and when someone with firearms and ample supplies is found they can be labeled as infected and removed to camps with the sick. In the beginning those that know what is going on will resist and probably shoot at government workers that try to break through self imposed quarantine zones around their homes. This will lead to workers being escorted by armed security that will be able to assault homes and force entry. This is the future of gun control in America. It is the only way they could hope to accomplish it.

After these well individuals are placed in sick camps they will suffer one of three fates. They will either contract the disease and die, contract the disease and survive or not get sick at all. Those that survive will likely be kept at the camp to care for the sick that continue to come in. A pandemic would require tens of thousands of workers to tend to the sick and there are not enough to do that at this time so this is a likely answer. These healthy people would become forced labor for the government. If you do not think this is a possibility you need to read some of the executive orders now in effect. The government can conscript anyone during an emergency and use them as forced labor for free. These free laborers are expendable while trained medical personnel are not.

If the government wishes to maintain some type of healthcare system in the nation they will likely divert infected persons away from hospitals so that those locations can maintain operations. It would be necessary to maintain operational hospitals for the government workers and those that serve them. If hospitals were overrun with plague victims it would decimate the medical staff and completely collapse the medical system. The medical workers that did not die would stop showing up to work in many cases as an act of self preservation. Doctors and nurses are highly trained people and you cannot replace them easily.

Those forced laborers that are left after the pandemic is over can be utilized or eliminated as the government wants and is a good way to get trouble makers out of the way. This may not be the plan but it makes some sense. Its what I might do if I were in charge and had a certain agenda in mind.

A pandemic that scares the general population into submission can act as cover for many different events. It can be cover for the economic collapse that will surely arrive one day, it can be used as a money maker for pharmaceutical companies, it can be used to consolidate power by the government or it could be used to reduce the population which is the stated goal of some in society.

This article is meant to make you ask questions, not to frighten you so here are some things to think about in the days to come. Why did Crucell develop an Ebola vaccine in 2006 and now hides the fact? Why is GSK rushing another potential vaccine into production that will likely be mandatory for the general population? Why does FEMA have contracts with foreign governments like Russia to provide manpower in the event of a disaster in America? Why do we have executive orders that can turn the population into virtual slave labor even in times of peace? Why does the CDC have thousands of coffins on hand? Why do we have UN vehicles being prepositioned around the country? Why have local police been militarized? Why are preppers, veterans and Christians being demonized by the government? Why does the FED continue to destroy the dollar knowing what it will do to the country? Why is our southern border left open? Why is the government reluctant to stop people from infected areas from coming into the U.S.?

This outbreak may fizzle out and become nothing but if this black swan lands, it could be a world changing event. If the government does come for you one day, the only thing you can do is not be there when they arrive. At this time there are more questions than answers and some of the answers are not very comforting. One thing that is certain is that we are living in interesting times. Only time will tell how this will end.

There Is No Magic Solution For The Risk Of A Pandemic: If an Extreme Global Pandemic Hits, These Are The Safest States You Can Be

In October of 1347, 12 ships from the Black Sea docked at the Sicilian port of Messina. The people who were gathered on the dock were shocked to see over half the sailors laying on the decks of those ships, dead. Even though officials ordered the ships back out to sea immediately, it was too late. The Black Plague had landed and would ravage Europe over the next five years, killing over 20 million people.

The Black Plague was a bacillus, a rod shaped bacteria. Today, we’d be able to battle this plague with the antibiotic streptomycin. But in the 14th century they not only didn’t have antibiotics, they didn’t understand how bacterial diseases were spread. The people of the world were helpless in the face of the deadliest disease that had ever struck.

Even though medical science has a better understanding of the spread of disease today, there are still diseases which we are largely helpless against. Antibiotics work well against bacterial infections, but they don’t do a thing against viruses. Hundreds of millions of people become infected with influenza per year, a viral infection, with some 61,000 dying of it, yet there is no antiviral medicine to combat this common disease. The body must defeat it on its own, or die trying.

This is why vaccines are so important. Vaccines are a less virulent form of the virus, which causes the body’s immune system to develop antibodies which can defeat it. That way, if the person becomes infected with the actual virus, their bodies are ready to defeat it.

But vaccines don’t exist for all viruses. The only vaccine that has been developed for the deadly virus Ebola will kill roughly 20% of the people who it is administered to. While that’s much better odds than the 80% mortality rate of the disease, it isn’t better for the people who wouldn’t be exposed to Ebola and contract the disease. A nationwide vaccine campaign would kill millions of people who would otherwise be safe.

There is no magic solution for the risk of a pandemic. For some, the only reason why they will live is the draw of the cards. But that’s not saying we can’t stack the deck in our favor. Based on how such diseases spread, chances for survival would probably be higher in these states:

Alaska

If there’s anywhere that you could survive a pandemic, it’s probably Alaska. This state has the lowest population density of any part of the United States. Even its cities are fairly small, with Anchorage, the state’s largest city, housing over 40% of the population, having a grand total of 297,832 people.

Of course, an epidemic could spread through those 300 thousand people, just as well as it could spread through the millions living in some of our largest cities. But there are a lot of people living in remote areas of Alaska, who don’t have regular contact with the outside world. If anyone is going to survive a worldwide pandemic, it’s these people. Some may not even know what happened to everyone else.

Surprisingly, the cold in Alaska won’t kill the pathogens that cause disease. It will slow them down, but it won’t kill them. It’s actually easier to kill those microscopic pathogens with heat, than with cold. But I don’t know anywhere in the country where it reaches 158°F during the day, not even in the summer.

Wyoming

If we want the lowest population, we need to move just a little farther south, to Wyoming. Like Alaska, there are a lot of wide open spaces in Wyoming, areas where you won’t see anyone for miles. There’s lots of game, ranching and farming to provide you with food. The biggest part of the state’s agriculture is in cattle, but the state is known for growing grains, hogs and sheep as well.

Of course, you need to pick an isolated part of the state to live in, if you want to avoid the disease. But there are plenty of those to choose from. Just avoid the cities and Yellowstone National Park, and you should be okay.

The Colorado Rockies

My personal preference is to ride out the pandemic in the Colorado Rockies. I’d avoid the eastern part of the state, even though it’s all farms. But there are plenty of places in the Rockies where you can hide out and not see anyone for days. This makes it a great bug out location for a lot of disasters.

Having spent time in the Rockies, I can attest to the hunting and fishing there. While you might end up competing with a lot of other people for the opportunity to hunt and fish, if you find an isolated enough area, you should be able to live off the land well, just like in Wyoming, Montana and Alaska.

Texas

Since I live in Texas, I feel compelled to add it to this list. But there are some good reasons to do so anyway, even though Texas has a huge population. But it’s a huge state, so that population is pretty well spread out, if you avoid the major cities.

There are places in West Texas where you can drive almost 100 miles between gas stations, let alone anything else. Of course, there’s not much water in those areas, so make sure you bring plenty along. You wouldn’t want to run out… especially in the heat of the summer.

What makes Texas really attractive as a place to ride out a pandemic, or any disaster, for that matter, is that it’s the number one ranching state in the nation. More cattle are raised in Texas, than the next two biggest cattle producing states combined (Nebraska and Kansas). While I doubt that any Texas rancher will be all that happy with you killing off their herd, you can probably come to some sort of accommodation, buying a steer from them.

Southwest – Heat and Sunlight Kill Viruses

Texas has another advantage, which it shares with its neighbors to the west. That’s lots of sunlight. Temperatures are high in states like Arizona because of all the sun they receive. That’s good, from a pandemic point of view, especially if it is a viral pandemic, like Ebola or the coronavirus. You see, sunlight, especially the ultraviolet light contained in sunlight, is deadly to viruses. So all you have to do, to keep yourself safe from infection, is to spend a lot of time outdoors, especially if you’re meeting someone.

Granted, the hot climate of the southwest is a little bit difficult for us humans to live in too, but it’s not fatal to us. We can survive it, while the viruses can’t.

Georgia – CDC

Georgia is unique in all the states, in that it is the home of the CDC, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, one of our government’s crown jewels. This research facility will be at the front lines of stopping any pandemic that occurs, regardless of where it happens. They are the ones who will be isolating and defining the organism that causes the disease, as well as developing any cure for it.

I figure that any cure will be applied there in Georgia, near where the CDC is located, in Atlanta. That’s why I’ve placed Georgia on this list. Other than that, I’d say the state isn’t ideal, as the population is too high and it’s harder to find isolated places to ride out the pandemic. But then, I know a few good old boys who have homes stuck back in some hard to get to places. Maybe I’ll pay them a visit.

You Have Lessons To Learn From Those That Survived The Great Depression: When SHTF it Will be Unlike Anything we Have Lived Through Before – No Announcements will be Made, no Warnings Will be Given by the Establishment, it Will Just Suddenly Happen!

The Great Depression was an era in American History that people who lived through it would remember indefinitely. They remember how hard the times were, the poverty most people suffered, and just life in general at the time. For most people who remember living through this time, the lessons stuck with them for the rest of their life.

For those who experienced the worst of The Great Depression, they never forgot. They do not or did not like talking about life during that time, but the lessons they learned were life-changing. Most people now would not necessarily notice the impact made until they looked closer at these people.

They do not throw out anything. The only things in their garbage (scrap) pails were items that could not possibly use anymore, be fed to animals, or composted. They were on board with recycling before recycling was the cool thing to do. Their homes will appear very neat and tidy, but their closets are packed full of items they could not part with including old clothes, newspapers, fabric, boxes, baskets, jars, string and twine, rubber bands, twist ties, plastic bags, and more. During the Great Depression, you would never know if and when you might need something to repair or fix another item.

They were basically hoarders because they had to be, but you would have never known it by looking at their homes. Now that the minimalist movement is in full swing, some people look down their noses at these older people who lived through the Depression. However, we must realize that they did not have the possessions then we have now. They just didn’t have the pure junk and cheaply made goods we have now. They were minimalists in their own way because they did not have the money or the means to have more possessions. They just refused to throw out anything that could be used again.

Notice how most older people do not buy new clothes unless they have to? Their shoes are usually repaired, worn until they fall apart, and/or are still kept in case they need a pair for the garden or other chores. They probably have a good pair that is kept for special occasions or church, but when that pair is no longer good, they get used for every day. The same goes for coats and more. You will also notice they do not buy trendy clothing items either – most of their items are of good quality that will last years. In this age of disposable clothing, this seems odd, but they probably would see us as wasteful.

People during this time lost their fortunes. People also lost their savings as banks closed. While most people who lived during this time continued to save money after the Depression and World War II, many were leery of banks. They would keep cash at home, have accounts at multiple banks, and not have all their eggs in one basket. Most of them would also go on to save a large amount of money because they lived so simply and frugally.

They also went on to birth the Baby Boomer generation. They wanted to give their children a better life than what they had. They saved money for their kids to go to college because they wanted their kids to have an education and succeed. They would go on to help their children buy their first farm and possibly their first home. They would invest in their businesses to help them get a start because very few of those that lived during the Depression had that luxury.

Many people during the Depression lost their homes and their businesses. They would have to move for jobs and just to find work. People would have to move in with other family members or rent a couple rooms for a roof over their heads. Kids were expected to help out any way they could with the understanding any money they earned would probably go to the family. If they were given payment at all, that money was not spent frivolously. Not to say that the kids were not given a special treat once in a while, but they did not expect this all the time like kids do now.

While there has always been poverty in this country, during the Great Depression, poverty was acute and affected nearly everyone in some way. When we think of poor now, we think of either the homeless or just living paycheck to paycheck. However, poverty is the circumstances of being extremely poor. Most people did not have enough money for rent/mortgage payment, food, clothing, and other necessities. Children were sent to live with other relatives or were taken to orphanages because their parents could afford to take care of them. Many adolescents were sent to live at other households as hired girls or men and worked for a roof over their heads and food to eat.

People leaned on bartering and trading during this time also. People would help each other bring in the crops, bale hay, tend the sick and the infirmed, do heavy housework, and more. You might have given the neighbor some produce from your garden in exchange for eggs. Like my grandmother, you might have worked as a hired girl so you could stay in town and go to high school. Many people traded and bartered services and goods just to stay alive and stretch their money even more. To do this, you can still see this generation doing this. They also instilled these lessons into their children.

People who lived during this time did what they had to do to survive. We all hear stories about the Great Depression that we think we could never do now. However, when you are faced with a choice to survive or not, you would think differently. This time in history is also very romanticized by those who think it will happen again. They want to live like that. Most of them could not do it.

How could you survive another Great Depression? Most of us preppers would like to think we could survive anything, but in reality, the Great Depression lasted until World War II started. For most people, nothing changed when we went to war because of the rationing system and the unavailability of goods. Jobs were on the rise due to wartime production, but the money still barely covered the necessities. There is not really any way to be reasonably prepared for ten years or longer unless you practice self-sufficiency now.

What saved many people during the Great Depression was the ability to grow their own food, raise animals for eggs and meat, have large gardens, and preserve as much as they could to get through the winter. They knew how to sew their own clothes, mend almost anything, and think creatively to solve problems or fix anything. Nothing was wasted which is a huge problem nowadays. They made only one trip to town a week for anything that needed to be purchased if they could afford to go. They would have also taken in any extra produce or eggs to the local grocer which he would have paid them for if the quality was right.

In short, the skills this generation knew is what saved them. They still have these learned lessons in their memories. You see that most of them still practice what they can, but this generation is dying out quickly. When they are gone, the lessons will be forgotten. If experts are right, we could be headed towards another financial and economic upheaval. We have more people living in this country than ever.

While there is a trend towards self-sufficiency right now, most people would be suffering until they could get back on their feet again. I have faith in people helping other people, but the resources might not be there to help everyone. FDR was accused of socialism and more when he rolled out the New Deal to create programs which created jobs to help people get back on their feet again. Now, if that happened, it would be wrapped up in Congress for months. With all the regulations we have now, it may never happen.

If you have a chance, please sit down with the generation who lived during this time. Ask them how they or their parents survived the time. You will hear different accounts because their experiences were different. Some people went through this time just fine because they were already used to living the self-sufficient life. Some people had to learn it. Some people lived in abject poverty and were basically homeless. If you can’t directly talk to someone who lived during the Depression, read some first-hand accounts. What they had to do to live may surprise you.
